The solution includes a centralized software application serving as the engine that processes new business applications, endorsements, payments, bills and notices to and from policy holders, sales agents and lien holders. As well, the solution includes a web application that allows sales agents to process applications, endorsements and payments in a matter of moments thereby increasing the level of customer service as experienced by the policy holder.
